“We have grown rapidly, but how do we take the perception of the firm to the next level?”

Walkers Global, attorneys at law was founded over 40 years ago in the Cayman Islands and has grown to be a leading International Financial Center law firm with office in Dubai, Dublin, Hong Kong, Jersey, London and Singapore. Since the firm had grown rapidly, it faced challenges in managing its perception and service.

Qualitative research identified service was paramount – always being accessible to clients across the globe. It also identified that perceptions of the firm were not consistent. The challenge was to develop a strategy to build a strong and consistent brand. First, internal changes were initiated, the brand was updated and external communications were launched. A key element of the campaign was to provide every attorney with a smart phone and communicate to clients that their attorney was always connected. In several years, focusing on improving service and communication, Walkers is now perceived as being the best legal resource in the Cayman Islands and other offshore locations around the world.
