Our challenge was to unravel the layers of complex communication to tell a clear story about the dedicated and innovative people at Televerde committed to delivering performance and growth to its clients. The brand, then was steeped in the idea of growth; creating opportunities for employees, accelerating revenue for clients and building strong communities. We created a new way of speaking about the company with clear and concise language, a new identity, sales materials and environmental graphics. The identity reflects the duality of the company’s success – a commitment to internal advancement depicted as a staircase, and a focus on client growth shown with upward moving arrows and the tag line “Generating Demand. Accelerating Sales.” The identity and the overall brand positioning, is designed to embrace Televerde’s roots while presenting its future.
