“How do we generate interest and pre-sales, before we have product?”

Show Low Bluff was conceived, planned and developed as a unique master planned community. Situated on 1500 acres in the White Mountains of Arizona, it was designed to be a gathering place for locals as well as a second-home destination for people wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the Phoenix metro area.

With ground broken, but no improvements or homes yet completed, our challenge was to develop a brand to connect with a second-home buyer. Show Low Bluff stood out from other communities in the architecture, recreational amenities and retail opportunities. But what really made the development unique was how everything came together to create a sense of place. We focused the brand on just that – a sense of place and of belonging. From the brand identity to advertising to the welcome center, people could picture how life would be at Show Low Bluff. The initial teaser campaign put consumers in the moment and quickly grew web traffic three-fold.
