Phoenix Children’s Hospital Crews‘n Healthmobile is an innovative program providing free health care to at risk and homeless teenagers and young adults across the Phoenix Metro area. We assisted the Healthmobile Team with strategic planning, goal setting, staffing models and identifying operational efficiencies to increase patient visits while building a plan to secure resources to meet the high demand for their services.
